The Gables has:

• 3 double en-suite rooms
• 2 twin en-suite rooms
• 1 single en-suite room
• 1 Ground floor en-suite double apartment (sleeps max 2 persons)
• 1 First floor en-suite apartment (sleeps either two OR four persons)

Please ring for prices for the two apartments which are also used for bed & breakfast

For special events such as Cereal's, LAMMA, Waddington Air Show, Christmas market and Lincolnshire show there is no single occupancy room rate (full room rate applies for these events)

We no longer accept American Express for payment
All rates are inclusive of a full English breakfast

Please note that we are a non-smoking establishment.
We are only able to take children aged 8 years and older.
Regrettably, pets are not allowed.
